The PERC Card (Permanent Employee Registration Card) expires at the same time on year for every PERC Card holder (every three years). During renewal season, every current licensee, whose license (card) is active at renewal time, is able to renew their PERC. If it has been a while, you will not be able to do so online, either in or out of renewal season. You will have to complete an IDFPR form to reinstate the PERC Card. If the renewal season has passed and the online portal doesn't allow for renewal, we will renew your expired PERC card. We contact the state on your behalf to get your license active immediately. We help you get back to work quickly!
